I was a little skeptical when I was told my unit was on the 2nd floor but with the carts and elevators it made it really easy. One suggestion would be to have signs that indicate which row of units are down an aisle. For example 1101-1120. That would help to find your unit easier. Other than that it is a great facility that is very clean and friendly to deal with.

Maybe mention to customers if your unit you rent has a large post. It does take away from your space you are paying for.

Due to Covid 19 concerns and the office being closed we rented the unit over the phone. I was told the rental was close to the unloading area or the unloading dock. When I arrived with our moving company they were not able to access the dock due to a semi trailer sitting in the only bay for unloading. The moving truck was to big to pull into the building, and per the maintenance person onsite couldn’t block the entrance. The moving company had to park outside and unload then carry the furniture to the unit which is down a long hall, had 2 tight turns and the unit is inside a weird doorway. This was nothing as described over the phone. Cost us hundreds of extra unexpected cost for the moving company. Its a nice clean facility but would greatly recommend seeing the location of the unit prior to renting.
