I reserved the unit online and decided to finish acquiring the unit after I seen the facility. The office person was very friendly and helpful. We finished the paperwork in no time and everything was explained in detail. They even provided s lock for the unit. Facility seems very secure and clean.

From the moment I first called and reserved the unit, it has been simple and painless. The attendant at the facility was professional and very helpful. Although I have yet to begin my stay there, I see no reason that I should or will be disappointed with the Storage Zone-Akron-Chenoweth Rd..

Great customer service along with a lower price than some others I looked at in my area. Fast with paperwork/ making sure I could access the facility/knowing location of unit and knowing courtesy rules while on property. Overall a friendly way to treat a customer.
